End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and the provider of Shrinkly governing your licensed use of the Shrinkly mobile application.

1. License Grant

Subject to this EULA and applicable marketplace rules, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Shrinkly on devices that you own or control for personal or internal business purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You may not copy, redistribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, or otherwise exploit Shrinkly except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or where we provide written permission.

3. Ownership

Shrinkly is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the app and its software, design, trademarks, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of files you choose to process.

4. App Store and Google Play Terms

If you obtain Shrinkly through Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable marketplace terms. The marketplace provider is not responsible for providing maintenance or support beyond obligations imposed by applicable law or marketplace rules.

5. Purchases

Any in-app purchase or paid upgrade is associated with the marketplace account and platform through which it was purchased. Purchase restoration, refunds, and billing are subject to the applicable marketplace process.

6. Privacy

Your use of Shrinkly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Core file-processing workflows are designed to operate locally on your device.

7. Updates

Shrinkly may receive updates, upgrades, bug fixes, or feature changes. Some updates may be required for compatibility, security, or continued availability on supported operating systems.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shrinkly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to Shrinkly will be limited as permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, or opportunities, where such exclusions are legally permitted.

10. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you materially breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete copies of Shrinkly under your control, subject to marketplace account and device capabilities.
